Please note the order deadlines, handling surcharges and cancellation policy.

The regular order deadline is August 31, 2026. Orders placed after this date will be subject to the following handling surcharges:

From September 1, 2026, up to an additional 25% handling surcharge
From September 14, 2026, up to an additional 50% handling surcharge

Cancellations of services already booked will be charged at 100% cancellation fee from April 30, 2026.
For any subsequent change to an order that we have to carry out manually, or in case of non-compliance with our payment terms, a processing fee of €32.50 (excl. 20% VAT) will be charged.
